OWNER / BREATHWORK COACH
Breathwork facilitator, nervous system guide, and your steady support in learning to feel safe again.
I didn’t come to breathwork because it was trending. I came to it because my nervous system was living in survival.
For a long time, my body stayed on high alert even when my mind tried to move forward. Sleep didn’t feel safe. My breath was shallow and guarded. I could “understand” what had happened, but my body kept reliving it—holding tension, fear, and vigilance in ways words couldn’t reach.
What changed everything was watching someone I love learn to brace for danger before they ever learned to rest. Seeing their nervous system respond to the world from a place of protection opened my eyes to how deeply the body remembers. Along the way, I began to recognize the same patterns in myself—living in fight or flight, pushing through exhaustion, and carrying more than I realized.
Breathwork became a lifeline. Not as a quick fix or a performance, but as a way to meet the body where it is. Through gentle, somatic breathing, I learned that the nervous system isn’t broken—it adapts. And with the right support, it can learn safety again.
This is the foundation of my work today.
I offer trauma-informed somatic breathwork for people who feel anxious, sensitive, overwhelmed, or stuck in survival mode. My approach is slow, grounded, and deeply respectful of your body’s wisdom. There is no forcing, fixing, or pushing here. You remain in control at all times, and every session is guided with choice, consent, and care.
I work with individuals one-to-one as well as in small group settings, supporting nervous system regulation, emotional release, and reconnection to the body. Whether you’re new to breathwork or returning to yourself after a long period of stress or trauma, we move at a pace that honors where you are.
If you’ve ever been told you’re “too sensitive,” “too anxious,” or “too much,” I want you to know this: your nervous system learned to survive. Nothing about you is wrong.
You don’t have to force healing here.
We’ll let the breath lead.
