This journey began long before I ever thought of guiding others, it all started for someone I loved…
Watching someone I love learn to brace for danger before learning to rest changed everything for me. I recognized the same patterns in my own body — living in fight or flight, sleep feeling unsafe, and breath holding what words could not. Breathwork became a lifeline, showing me that the body remembers — and can learn safety again.
Now, I offer this work as a gentle, trauma-informed guide for those living in survival. Through 1:1 and group somatic breathwork sessions, I support you in reconnecting with your body and rebuilding safety at a pace that honors where you are.

How I Can Help

1:1 Breathwork Session
This one-to-one breathwork session supports your nervous system and helps your body feel safer. We work gently with your body — never forcing or fixing — allowing your breath to lead and your system to set the pace. Each session is trauma-informed, adaptable, and guided with choice, consent, and care.

Group Breathwork Session
These group sessions offer guided somatic breathwork in a shared, supportive space. Gentle breathing practices support nervous system regulation and emotional release, while always honoring your boundaries — there’s no pressure to share or push beyond what feels safe. Breathing together can be deeply grounding, allowing your body to soften and reconnect at a steady, supportive pace.

Breathwork Retreat

An immersive breathwork experience is currently being shaped. More details to come.
To support a sense of safety and ease, these sessions are currently held as women-only spaces, allowing participants to relax into a shared environment of care and understanding.
Venue Hire
Nestled in nature, this light-filled geodesic dome offers a peaceful and grounding space for retreats, workshops, and wellness gatherings. Ideal for facilitators in the health and wellness space, it provides a calm and adaptable environment for breathwork, yoga, meditation, and other holistic practices.
